Who We Represent

We represent railroad employees in their FELA claims in state and federal courts throughout the southeast and Midwest. FELA claims we have successfully handled include injuries from a single traumatic event as well as occupational diseases and injuries from prolonged exposure to toxic chemicals, asbestos, silica, unsafe noise levels, excessive vibration and ergonomically unsafe positions. Several rail labor unions have recognized our work in this area by appointing our attorneys to serve as designated legal counsel to their members, including SMART-Transportation (formerly the United Transportation Union, UTU), and the Transportation Communications International Union (TCU).

We also represent railroad employees who have been harassed by their employers for engaging in activities protected by the Federal Rail Safety Act.
